Consumers can use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/odr/ – a unified access portal that allows consumers and traders in the EU to resolve disputes between them.
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) between consumers and traders is an out-of-court, voluntary conciliation process.
The general conciliation commissions assist in reaching agreements between consumers and traders in disputes over contracts for the sale of goods and the provision of services.
The general conciliation commissions are designated regionally, and the competent body to resolve disputes between the Merchant and the Consumer is the General Conciliation Commission based in Burgas, operating within the Burgas region.
The consolidated list of recognized ADR bodies of EU member states can be found at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.adr.show
